what we do
We provide turnkey services
Site selection is the process of examining multiple options and assessing their relative advantages and disadvantages. Site selection comes after the needs assessment is completed. The site selection process is most successful when it is a methodical search for the site that best meets established criteria, including size, location, proximity to services and price factors that will help ensure the project fulfills the needs of future.
Detailed engineering are studies which creates a full definition of every aspect of a project development. It includes all the studies to be performed before project construction starts. Detailed engineering follows Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Basic Engineering previous steps on the engineering process for a project development, it contains in detail diagrams and drawings for construction, civil works, instrumentation, control system, electrical facilities, management of suppliers, schedule of activities, costs, procurement of equipment, economic evaluation and also environmental impacts before starting of construction of a project.
Civil engineering design establishes the overall concept for the structure. Then, the civil structural engineer does structural analysis to see if the proposed structure, and its materials, will withstand the expected loads and forces. Structural design is a highly specialized area of civil engineering. It can be described as a set of methods or tools that are used to determine safe and economical specifications for a structure, and to ensure that a planned structure will be sufficiently strong to carry its intended load.
A spare part, spare, service part, repair part, or replacement part, is an interchangeable part that is kept in an inventory and used for the repair or refurbishment of defective equipment/units. Operational Spare Parts means parts necessary for operating the Facility which are not within the scope of Parts required for Planned Maintenance and Collateral Damage Repair.
Pyro-processing is an important stage in cement manufacturing. In this process, materials are subjected to high temperatures so as to cause a chemical or physical change. Its control improves efficiency in energy utilization and hence enhances production for good quality assurance. Cement calciners are pyro-processing units found in modern cement plants. Inside of them occurs a strong endothermic reaction known as the calcination process, and the combustion of pulverized solid fuels.
As-built drawings (also referred to as red-line drawings or as-builts) are revised sets of drawings submitted by a contractor upon the completion of the project. They reflect all the changes made during the construction process and provide an exact rendering of the finished product.
